Full Planning Consultancy Service
We undertake a full review of any proposed scheme, from home improvements, change of use,
redevelopment, outline and detailed applications or the simple advertisement application. Often
this review will be in conjunction with the Planning Officer at the relevant Local Authority.
We use our own architect to obtain discounted fees which we pass to our Clients.

Planning Submission
We complete all paperwork to Government standard and submit with the relevant fee on your behalf.
We ensure no errors occur and that the correct number of drawings and copy documents are included.
Copies are provided to our Clients.
